A set of notes used in the Hampshire Flora Group’s Grasses Workshop in July 2010.

Introduction followed by a tour of the tribes (which were unfamiliar to the present reviewer), followed by more detailed treatment of the more important genera: Helictotrichon, Arrhenatherum, Avena, Trisetum, Poa, Puccinellia, Festuca, Lolium, Vulpia, Agrostis and Bromus.
