Vol 1 covers introduction, macromorphology, micromorphology, taxonomy, decay, pathology, culture, sexuality, forest regions, mycogeography, advice for collecting and determination, key to families and genera, lists of genera with distinctive characters, accounts for genera Abortiporus to Lindtnera. Vol 2 provides accounts for Meripilus to Tyromyces, acknowledgements, authors of names, etymology, references and index. The species accounts are very detailed, and the drawings large and clear, if at times a little diagrammatic. |
