Review (by Malcolm Storey)

The author’s thesis is that by specialising in a very small group of organisms, you can become an "expert" quite quickly.

The first part comprises introductory material and chapters on methodology etc. The second consists of chapters devoted to different groups of invertebrates; many of these include keys to the British species.
