A small pale toadstool with bright yellow gills that grows under Crataegus on mummified haws.
A small toadstool that grows on buried, mummified hawthoth (Crataegus) haws in late spring and early autumn. It is common in southern England but less widespread in the north. Previously known as Tubaria autochthona.
